- Sugar paste icing may be produced in a facility where almonds are handled.
- Royal icing mixes could contain traces of nuts.
- Fondant and gum paste contain vegetable oils and various additives.
- Certain food colourings (E124, E129) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
